Snowflakes: A Poem

A breathing sky
Encased in snow
Like a ribcage and
A humming heart.

A happy component
Seen in snowflake
Reflections,
Fragmented
In the perfumes
And moons of
Everyday.

Horizons and valleys
Iced in white,
And you are seen
Ribboned in the picturesque moment,
And felt in the stillness
Of frozen
Chaos.

Where in snowflakes,
I used to see myself

Only.

A new winter
And things are
Different
Now.
